Carol Knight
Carol is CEO of TISA. Carol has been in financial services since 1998, having previously worked in variety of industries, including education, local government, Civil Service and the gaming industry.
A qualified and experienced teacher Carol gained her degree at King Alfred’s College in Winchester and taught at a primary school in Romsey, Hampshire. She then spent 7 years at Skandia, managing the PEP & ISA new business and transfers department.
Carol joined TISA in 2004, responsible for the day-to-day running of the Association’s administration centre, technical support, member communications, expanding the events and training programme and technical issues in the cash savings sector. Carol joined the TISA Board as Operations Director in July 2011, extending her responsibilities to include finance.
In August 2015, Carol became Chief Operations Officer for TISA, supporting the Director General with the general running of the company and with personal responsibilities for Children’s Financial Education, internal administration, HR and finance together with acting as TISA spokesman for the media and at functions.
Having the privilege of taking the role of CEO in 2022, Carol has focussed TISA on supporting people’s financial journey through life, from financial education for school age children all the way through to retirement. With a personal passion for financial education for children and young people, Carol is also a trustee for The Centre for Financial Capability.

Jane Goodland
Jane joined LSEG as Group Head of Sustainability in 2021 to lead the organisation’s sustainability agenda. Working in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders across the business she is responsible for delivering LSEG’s sustainability strategy across the full value chain including its own operations, supply chain, products and services.
For 25 years Jane has held numerous roles in responsible and sustainable investment within asset management, investment consulting, wealth management and financial market infrastructure. Prior to LSEG, Jane was Corporate Affairs Director at wealth manager Quilter plc. A member of the senior leadership team, Jane was accountable for the company’s responsible business and responsible investment agenda, as well is external and internal communications, strategic marketing and public affairs activity. Prior to this Jane was Global Head of Sustainable Investment at Willis Towers Watson, where she designed, built and lead the organisation’s sustainable investment research capability and client consulting business. In this role she engaged with a large number of asset managers and served some of the world’s largest asset owners, helping them to develop and execute their sustainable investment strategy. Jane also spent a number of years on the buy-side, working for HSBC Global Asset Management and Janus Henderson, working on responsible investment strategy and in sustainable funds management. Prior to this Jane spent the early part of her career in environmental management consulting, principally supporting financial sector clients.
Jane has an MSc, Environmental Technology from Imperial College and a BSc Environmental Science from University of Greenwich. Jane is also a non-executive director of The Investment and Savings Alliance (TISA) and a Trustee of The Centre for Financial Capability.

Louise Hill
Louise Hill is co-founder and COO of GoHenry - the prepaid debit card and financial education app designed to teach kids and teens how to be smart with money. Responsible for the global operations of GoHenry, Louise has played an integral role in growing its customer base to over 2 million customers in the US & UK, and more recently Europe, with GoHenry’s acquisition of French Fintech Pixpay.
Louise is one of CrowdCube's top female fundraisers having broken its fundraising records in 2016. Since then, GoHenry has gone on to raise a total of $136M through a combination of direct investors, crowdfunding and growth equity.
With over 20 years’ experience of running large-scale operations for some of the leading UK merchants, prior to GoHenry Louise was at the forefront of the retail industry’s transition to digital, launching the first wave of ecommerce websites for some of the UK’s biggest brands, including Next Directory, John Lewis and Debenhams.
As a passionate advocate for financial education, Louise is a Trustee of The Centre for Financial Capability, Chair of MyBnk’s Financial Freedom Campaign, a mentor for Oxford University’s accelerator programme and a speaker at leading Exec MBA programmes across the UK. Louise is also a huge supporter of women in business, regularly speaking at events and offering her time as a mentor for female founders, start-ups, and scaling businesses in order to drive cultural change around female leadership.

Tammie Tang
Tammie is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, where she is Director of Fixed Income, Investment Grade Credit and Lead Portfolio Manager for Institutional Sterling Credit Funds and a number of Pension and Insurance Clients.
Previously she has also held roles as a Portfolio Manager, Trader and Vice President at J.P. Morgan and as an Actuarial Consultant at PwC.
Tammie gained a Masters of Statistics and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries Australia. She is also a Trustee of The Centre for Financial Capability.

Dr Marcel Lukas
Marcel is a Senior Lecturer in Banking and Finance at the University of St Andrews. As a lecturer, his main research interest is in FinTech and how it can be used to improve financial well-being.
After obtaining his undergraduate degree from the Berlin School of Economics and Law, Marcel went on to receive his MSc in Finance and Management at the University of St Andrews in 2015. Following this, he attended the University of Edinburgh, where he obtained his Ph.D. in Financial Decision-Making and the Role of Financial Technology.
Before his MSc, Marcel was a project manager at the finance department of Volkswagen for two years and a change management consultant in the financial services industry with IBM for four years.
He is also a Fellow at the Office for National Statistics, providing support to meet its objectives around improving statistics and analysis.
